Resolved - Please be informed that due to a technical issue with an external payment provider, your may have experienced disruptions when performing transactions via our services between 15:29 and 16:55 CET today 2021-06-11.

We have since monitored the situation and can confirm that no additional impact has been observed. This incident is now considered resolved.

Monitoring - Please be informed that since 15:29 partial or full disruptions were experienced primarily affecting Danish customers when performing instore and online transactions due to an issue with an external payment processing provider.

We confirm that as of 16:55 CET, normal service has been resumed and you should now be able to perform transactions as expected.

We will continue monitoring to ensure stability and will consider this incident resolved if no further impacts are observed.

Communication towards the Nets acquirer is still slightly impacted by slower response times.

Update - An ongoing external incident in the Nordics is affecting multiple acquirers and services, causing either full or partial service disruption.

Currently we are seeing Nets, Evry(Handelsbanken, Swedbank and Elavon), Bambora GA, MobilePay and Vipps being affected by this.

Investigating - The Bambora Online Classic (ePay) and Checkout platforms are currently experiencing service disruption for Nets and MobilePay which is affecting authorization of new payments and processing of existing (capture, credit, delete).

MobilePay have reported that they are facing issues with their service, and we are still investigating the cause of the Nets outage.

We will update when new information is available.

Monitoring - Since the completion of the before-mentioned maintenance performed by one of our service providers, the stability of mobile terminal connectivity has gradually improved.

The services are considered operational at this point and we will continue to closely monitor services to ensure stability.

Identified - We have identified what is causing the connectivity disruption for our mobile terminals.

The disruption is a result of maintenance performed by one our connectivity service providers and their partners. The maintenance has been completed, however we are still in contact with our service provider regarding this issue as some of our customers are still reporting ongoing disruption in connectivity.

Resolved - We have been closely monitoring since corrective actions were taken to resolve the issue and have observed no additional impacts. 

Due to technical issues settlements scheduled for the 1st of June were delayed. The funds associated with the transactions concerned were credited later in the afternoon on the 1st of June for the majority of our customers.

We are apologise any inconvenience this may have cause.
