Dankort and International Card Transactions(e.g. MasterCard, Visa, JCB and Amex) will be rejected during two periods of up to 5 minutes between 02:00 and 05:00 CET (GMT+ 1) (in summer: CEST/GMT +2) on 18.11.2019.


REASON
Card transactions will be rejected due to planned maintenance of our card platform.

Resolved - All transactions affected by the Capture and Credit and pbsresponse -2 issue have been corrected, and it is now possible to Capture and Credit these transactions.

Update - All transactions affected by the issue related to Capture and Credit and pbsresponse -2 have been identified and a solution to correct them have been made.

We hope to have all affected transactions corrected later today/tonight.

Identified - Capture and Credit of some Nets transactions created on the 13th of November is not possible and will result in pbsresponse -2.

We are working on resolving this.

Resolved - All transactions that were affected by the issue have now been corrected and Capture, Credit and Delete will work again for these.

Update - Issue with Capture, Credit and Delete operations on our platform have now been resolved .

However some transactions made in that timeperiod for the incident will still fail : Capture, Credit and Delete.

Transactions are NOT lost and all will be able to handle the operations as soon as we have corrected the issue
